  • Customer Support Data: Information you provide when submitting service tickets, reporting outages, or communicating with our support team through the Portal.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to operate our ISP business and provide you with a seamless Portal experience. Specifically, we use your data to:

  • Provision, maintain, and manage your internet and associated communication services.

  • Process payments, generate invoices, and manage your account balance.

  • Provide customer support and resolve technical or billing inquiries.

  • Monitor network performance, enforce fair usage policies, and manage bandwidth bursting or data caps.

  • Send administrative notices, maintenance updates, and service-related alerts.

  • Comply with legal obligations, including maintaining mandatory subscriber logs as required by Indian telecommunications regulations.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
