Welcome to the Customer Portal of Intraplus Communication Network Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online customer portal and its related services (the "Portal").

3. Billing and Payments

Online Payments: The Portal may facilitate online payments via third-party payment gateways. By processing a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway.

Payment Failures: We are not responsible for payment failures resulting from incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or gateway outages.

Refunds and Adjustments: Any requests for refunds, billing adjustments, or plan cancellations must be submitted through the standard support channels and are subject to your primary Internet Service Agreement with the Company.
4. Service Availability
While we strive to keep the Portal accessible 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Portal may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any planned downtime.
5. Privacy and Data Security
Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and safeguarding of your personal information within the Portal are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Portal, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intraplus Communication Network Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Portal; or (b) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
